These Terms govern your use of the website and services provided by Vision.Co ("Vision.Co", "we", "us"). By booking a session, paying a deposit, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Vision.Co provides cinematic video production services, including but not limited to event coverage, brand films, and editing. Specific deliverables are described in the package you select at booking.
You agree not to misuse the website or services. In particular, you must not: use the service unlawfully, commit fraud, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, scrape or probe the service, or interfere with security.
The website, our brand, and all underlying technology and content (other than client-provided materials) are owned by Vision.Co or our licensors. Final deliverables are licensed to you under the scope agreed at booking; raw footage and project files remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, and cancellation/refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Deposits are charged at the time of booking to reserve your date; the balance is due as set out in your booking confirmation.
See our Refund Policy.
We work hard to deliver a high-quality service but do not guarantee that the website or services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you to Vision.Co in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where it cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vision.Co is established, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its competent courts.
