Vision.Co offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on deposits and other payments made through our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your payment date.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all Vision.Co transactions. To request a refund:
After the 30-day window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If we have already incurred significant production costs for your booking (for example, booked crew, travel, or equipment for your shoot date), we may not be able to issue a full refund; we will explain any deductions and credit the remainder.
You may reschedule your shoot once at no charge, subject to availability, if you contact us at least 14 days before your booked date. Deposits paid count toward the rescheduled booking.
Please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback — we will almost always resolve issues faster than your bank can.
